Cook 70-80%

For our Foyer La Colombière site in Misery, we are looking for a 3-month replacement (with the possibility of engagement afterwards), a: Cook 70-80% (m/f/d).

Profile:

• Holder of a CFC in cooking, all additional certifications are a plus.
• You have at least one successful first professional experience
• Your qualities are rigor, spirit of collaboration, good mood even under stress
• Your profession passions you, you demonstrate creativity, have a sense of organization and priorities.

Tasks:

• Cooking specific dishes and traditional dishes for our site
• Guaranteeing the quality of the dishes and ensuring the satisfaction of our staff and our Residents
• Supplementing orders and management of stocks of kitchen products and goods, during the absence of the chef de cuisine
• Applying hygiene and occupational safety standards.
