Your missions ------------ * You are responsible for turnover objectives, personnel costs, and merchandise costs. * You lead, accompany, and develop your team, including recruitment. * You ensure an attractive presentation of the point of sale as well as compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. * You are in contact with our client·es, take care of our existing clientele, and contribute to developing our client portfolio. * You also participate in production and assume the administrative tasks related to the site. Your skills ---------------- * Professional training (CFC) and several years of experience in managing a team in gastronomy. * Brevet de cafetier-restaurateur or a diploma from a hotel school. * Excellent knowledge of German and French. * You like when things move and know how to keep your calm even in stressful situations. * A positive personality, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. * Sense of processes, entrepreneurial spirit, and economic orientation. * Flexibility, motivation, and the desire to move things forward.
