To support the modern production lines of our client, we are looking for motivated and energetic reinforcement. If you can combine culinary understanding with a precise way of working and value flexibility, we offer you a varied task in a dynamic environment.

• Workload: 40% – 60%
• Type of employment: Temporary assignment (limited until max. 20.12.2026)
• Working hours: 3-shift operation (Monday to Saturday, full shift flexibility required)
• Start: By arrangement

Your tasks

• Culinary production: You will take over the professional preparation, cooking, and post-preparation of tasty fillings and sauces for popular specialties such as lasagna, cannelloni, and Plätzli.
• Line supervision: You will attentively supervise various production lines and directly support the line management in daily business.
• Quality & Hygiene: You will consistently ensure compliance with our strict quality and hygiene regulations and ensure seamless control.
• Material handling: You will handle raw materials as well as finished products with care and actively assist throughout the entire production process.

Qualifications

Your profile

• Experience & know-how: Initial professional experience in the food industry – ideally as a production cook or in system gastronomy.
• Hygiene awareness: Very good knowledge of hygiene regulations and a high standard of quality.
• Language & IT skills: Good German skills (at least level B1) as well as proficient use of MS Office and SAP.
• Resilience & flexibility: Good physical fitness (lifting sacks up to 20 kg, e.g., flour, spinach) as well as unrestricted readiness for shift work (Mon–Sat).
• Personality: You are reliable, work exactly, and are valued for your team spirit and commitment.
