When the days get shorter, the Viertel_Dach becomes a magical, wintry chalet. Raclette and fondue à discretion, a few fine plated dishes, and guests who come for exactly this atmosphere.
For the season from November 2026 to January 2027, we are looking for a female cook or a cook who is looking for something different from the classic kitchen daily routine.
WHAT AWAITS YOU
Here you do not cook in a large brigade, but instead run the kitchen independently. A manageable, clear menu with freedom in how you organize things. Evening service, with a young team behind you that pitches in when there is more going on during peak evenings.
If you have had enough of the pressure of the classic kitchen and are looking for something of your own, you have come to the right place.
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience: You have already stood in a kitchen and know how things work. A qualification is nice, but with us, it counts less than what you can do.
Independence: You like to take on responsibility and work independently. Purchasing, orders, mise en place, you have it under control.
Resilience: Even when there is really a lot going on during peak evenings, you keep a cool head.
Team spirit: We work as a team and stick together.
Order: A clean, well-organized kitchen is a matter of course for you.
