Your task

• Leadership of the kitchen team
• Optimal purchasing and inventory
• Compliance with the budget framework for kitchen yield and personnel costs
• Calculation of the menu plan
• Development of seasonal dishes
• Adhering to and ensuring HACCP guidelines
• Recruitment of new team members

• Basic training as a cook: EFZ or equivalent experience
