Your tasks

• Friendly reception as well as professional care of patients and visitors
• Operation of the telephone switchboard
• Admission assistance for patients
• Ensuring a smooth admission and discharge process for patients
• General administrative activities and other organizational tasks

Your profile

• Completed basic training as a hotel specialist EFZ or as a commercial employee EFZ
• Professional experience at a reception desk or in a comparable service-oriented function
• High service orientation as well as a friendly, respectful and professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Distinct empathy and sensitivity in dealing with patients and relatives
• Organizational talent as well as the ability to maintain an overview and set priorities even in hectic situations
• Team-oriented, reliable and cooperative way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; further language skills in French, Italian and English are an advantage
• Readiness for flexible working hours
