Your tasks

• Independent management and organization of your own station
• Preparation and plating of food at a high level
• Careful handling of fresh and high-quality products
• Support in the development and implementation of seasonal dishes
• Compliance with our quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Active cooperation with the entire kitchen team

Your profile

• Completed training as Koch/Köchin EFZ
• Professional experience in high-end gastronomy is an advantage
• Enjoyment of high-quality products and a careful way of working
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Resilient, flexible and team-oriented
• Good German and English skills
