Kitchen Assistant – Guerneres Résidence, Grimentz

The resort Les Guernerés, located in the heart of Valais, is looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to strengthen its team and participate in the creation of tasty dishes for our clients.

Your mission:

• Assist the chefs in the preparation of dishes (peeling, cutting, plating…).
• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen according to hygiene standards.
• Participate in the reception and storage of goods.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen in a friendly and dynamic atmosphere.

Your profile:

• Experience in the kitchen or motivation to learn on the job.
• Dynamism, rigor, and team spirit.
• Good resistance to stress and a desire to progress.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules (an asset).
