Activities
Receipt and processing of telephone orders
Customer support on the telephone and at the cash register
Recording of orders in the cash register system
Preparation and control of delivery orders
Coordination and scheduling of deliveries
Handing over orders to the delivery drivers
Control of orders for completeness and correctness
Support in daily restaurant operations
General administrative and organizational tasks

Requirements:

Experience in customer contact, telephone or gastronomy is an advantage
Good German skills
Reliable and organized way of working
Friendly and customer-oriented appearance
Resilient even during high order volumes
Good PC/cash register system knowledge is an advantage
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
