To strengthen our team at Co Chin Chin, we are looking for a committed personality as a deputy manager (100%).

Your tasks

As deputy management, you are responsible together with the management for smooth restaurant operations and a great guest experience. You take responsibility in daily business and represent the management in its absence.

• You lead and motivate our team in daily operations
• You coordinate the processes and ensure smooth service
• You are a passionate host and ensure that our guests feel completely comfortable
• You support shift and holiday planning
• You train new employees and support training sessions
• You support ordering, goods control, and inventories
• You take responsibility for daily closings and administrative tasks
• In the absence of the management, you take over the operational management of the restaurant

Your profile

You enjoy being a host, roll up your sleeves, and maintain an overview even when things are really busy in the restaurant.

• You bring experience in gastronomy, ideally already in a leadership or shift management function
• You enjoy leading, motivating, and developing a team
• You work independently, organized, and responsibly
• Quality, hospitality, and professional service are important to you
• You are resilient and find pragmatic solutions even in hectic situations
• Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and culture is an advantage, but not a must
• Hotel management school, restaurant management patent, or a comparable qualification are an advantage
• You speak fluent German and can communicate well in English; other languages are welcome
