Assistant Cook

Your tasks:

• You pamper our guests with fresh and regional dishes
• Preparation of dishes at various stations
• Mise-en-place for daily operations
• Incoming goods inspection
• Daily cleaning work including compliance with and monitoring of kitchen hygiene

What you bring with you:

• Experience in gastronomy desired, but not a requirement
• Willingness for flexible working hours and occasional evening shifts
• Keeping an overview in stressful situations
• Resilient, team player and quick learner
• Very good German skills
• Having joy in experiencing a summer season in the Bündner mountains
