Your GRAND Duties Front Office:

• For you, it is a matter of course to enable an unforgettable stay for the guest
• You take great pleasure in receiving and managing reservations for the hotel as well as for our 3 restaurants
• Coordination between the departments is important to you

Your GRAND Duties for the night replacement:

• You look after our guests during the night
• Arrivals and departures including guest transport with the electric vehicle
• You carry out various transports as well as cleaning and disposal work
• You perform inspection rounds throughout the entire hotel
• Personnel control during the night is part of your tasks
• You also perform administrative reception work
• You receive the daily turnovers, check and post them
• You are our security officer during the night

Your GRAND Skills:

• Your openness and receptiveness characterize you
• After your completed training, you were already able to gain a few years of experience
• You have a well-groomed appearance and a great charisma
• You have good German, English and also French skills
