We are looking to strengthen our team at the earliest possible date with a:

Chef de Partie (m/f/d) in the banquet area

You will enrich our kitchen team with a unique blend of creativity, precision, and a deep-rooted commitment to culinary excellence. Your role is crucial to orchestrating the symphony of flavors that defines our dining experiences and our first-class service.

Your main tasks:

• Together with your team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly during our banquet and event formats – for culinary experiences that delight our guests
• You prepare food with passion and attention to detail and ensure that quality, presentation, and timing meet the highest standards even during large events
• You take reliable responsibility for your station: on time, professionally, and with a view to a smooth operation of our banquet events
• You actively support the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of events as well as the implementation of our department goals and hotel initiatives
• You keep an eye on costs and stocks, work closely with your supervisor, and contribute to productivity and quality in the banquet area
• Hygiene is a matter of course for you: You guarantee compliance with all HACCP guidelines and our quality standards
• As a team player, you maintain strong working relationships and live our values – every day

What you bring with you:

• Experience in the kitchen, ideally in the banquet, event, or hotel sector, is an advantage but not mandatory
• Good German and English skills
• You are a "doer" with a true hands-on mentality and maintain an overview even during large events
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for gastronomy
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for your station as well as the successful implementation of banquet events
• Reliability, organizational talent, and enjoyment of working in a dynamic and demanding environment
• You are open to digital tools and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
• Clear and effective communication skills as well as enjoyment of collaborating with various teams
