Your area of responsibility You enjoy an extremely varied working world and move directly at the pulse of the action at the forefront with our customers. Our passengers will advise you competently regarding timetables and exciting excursion possibilities. You check tickets, sell class upgrade tickets, and assist in the nautical service (departure and docking maneuvers, ship cleaning). Your career You start your nautical career as a sailor. After successful completion of at least 1 season, you can, if required and with appropriate suitability, be trained as a cashier. Requirement profile * Completed basic training * High service orientation and a great sense of responsibility * Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as oral language skills in English and French, further languages an advantage * A high degree of communication and conflict resolution skills, flexibility, and resilience * Strong teamwork skills, independent, customer-oriented, and reliable way of working * Readiness for irregular working hours, also on weekends * Minimum height of 1.70m * Ideally between 19 and 35 years old * Good physical constitution, good swimming skills SGV AG The SGV AG offers a unique working environment on Lake Lucerne.
