These are your tasks:

• Responsibility for the preparation and presentation of the pizzas
• Preparing the dough and the garnishes
• Professional storage and processing of the goods
• Ensuring efficient cooperation of all kitchen stations
• Checking the daily tasks and coordination with the kitchen team
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene regulations

About the Schmuggler Alm:

The experience restaurant Schmuggler Alm with panoramic terrace and integrated duty-free shop is located in Samnaun, not far from the border to Austria and South Tyrol. The Schmuggler Alm is a two-season operation: from the end of November to the beginning of May and from mid-June to the beginning of October. Our gastro team consists of 20 to 30 employees.
