L'hôtel Berchtold & B5 is an active and innovative company with several catering establishments and accommodation located in the city center. The group includes the superior 3* hotel Berchtold, the restaurant Berchtold, the trendy bar B5 to be and the bistro B5.

To complete our housekeeping team, we are looking for a warm, committed and responsible person as Housekeeping Team Leader.

Your tasks ###

As a team leader, you are an important element of our housekeeping team. You work actively every day in the operational management and perform the same cleaning tasks as your colleagues. At the same time, you keep an overview of the processes within the team and ensure, with your employees, the smooth running of the day.

Your tasks include :

• Cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms as well as all public areas
• Maintenance, basic and special cleaning
• Quality controls and inspection rounds
• Ensuring compliance with our hygiene, safety and quality standards
• Appropriate use of cleaning products, machines and work equipment
• Organization of a seamless housekeeping flow
• Coordination of daily missions
• Preparation of service and leave schedules
• Contact person for the housekeeping team and support of employees in their daily work
• Close collaboration with the reception and other departments

Your profile ###

You are a motivated person, passionate about your profession and ready to roll up your sleeves. At the same time, you have the necessary management experience to organize, support a team and lead it to success. You bring :

• Several years of experience in hotel housekeeping
• Management experience in housekeeping or in a comparable function
• An autonomous, structured and reliable way of working
• A warm, respectful and responsible attitude
• An organizational talent and a high awareness of quality
• Very good oral knowledge of German; other languages are an asset
