For our team in hotel service at the Klinik Beau-Site, we are looking for a committed and attentive personality who, with friendliness, organizational talent and team spirit, keeps the well-being of our patients in view. YOUR TASKS ##

• Together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for the entire room management
• You receive and support our patients upon admission as well as during the entire stay
• As part of service management, you respond to the wishes and needs of our patients and their guests and work together with nursing, kitchen, reception and housekeeping
• You order meals according to medical guidelines using the electronic ordering system Cuvos and serve them
• You are responsible for a feel-good atmosphere in the rooms and responsible for the room setup according to insurance classes
• For our services, you ensure correct billing

YOUR PROFILE ##

• You have experience in the hotel industry or gastronomy
• You have the -host-gene- anchored in your DNA
• High social competence as well as reliability characterize you
• You are a communicative, service-oriented, tech-savvy and sociable personality
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and appreciate the advantages of weekend shifts as well as irregular working hours
• Very good German skills are required for this activity, any further foreign language is welcome
