Apprentice Cook

1 position in Delémont and 1 position in Porrentruy

During your apprenticeship, you will be required to:

• Discover the profession of cook in a stimulating environment, alongside passionate professionals.
• Prepare and confection various dishes for the employees, patients, and residents of l-H-JU.
• Prepare hot dishes, cold dishes, and pastry.
• Be introduced to dietary cooking.
• Develop rigor, sense of hygiene, and work organization.

Your profile

• You are completing your compulsory schooling in 2027 or you are an adult in professional retraining in the health field.
• You are motivated, dynamic, curious.
• You like working in a team.
• You enjoy preparing dishes.
• You are comfortable in a structured and demanding environment.
