You ensure the preparation and service of drinks and cocktails, master the great classics and ensure the quality of each service. Used to demanding environments and large volumes of activity, you know how to maintain a fluid, precise and careful service, even during periods of high attendance. Your presence, your sense of welcome and your ability to create a privileged relationship with the clientele contribute fully to the image and reputation of the establishment.

You have proven experience in a 5-star establishment or in a high-end hotel environment. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen sense of service and perfect knowledge of bar classics. Reactive, organized and stress-resistant, you are capable of managing a sustained workload while maintaining a high level of requirement. Your neat presentation, your team spirit and your attention to detail allow you to meet the expectations of a demanding clientele. Full availability is indispensable to meet the constraints of the position and the needs of the establishment.
