Reception Manager (hotel) - Hota Hotel Saignelégier (M/F) at 80%

From 1 December 2026, Hota Hotels will take over the operation of the hotel, seminar, inn, and catering part at Jura Sport and Spa Resort.

As part of this takeover and the development of Hota Hotel Saignelégier, we wish to build a team of employees passionate about hospitality, committed, enthusiastic and ready to take on responsibilities.

We are therefore looking for a person capable of taking on the operational responsibility of the site, uniting the teams and actively participating in the development of the establishment.

Your tasks:

• Ensure the daily operational management of the hotel, the inn and the seminars
• Manage and support the reception and housekeeping teams
• Guarantee the quality of the customer experience and compliance with Hota Hotels standards
• Organize schedules and ensure the administrative follow-up of the establishment
• Coordinate the various external service providers
• Actively participate in operations and occasionally cover reception shifts
• Develop turnover and the occupancy rate, particularly with companies, groups and regional tourism players
• Monitor objectives, debtors, creditors and monthly closings
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the organization and procedures
• The operations of Hota Hotel Saignelégier will be under your responsibility!

Your profile:

• Experience in the hotel industry, ideally in a position of responsibility
• Experience in managing and supporting a team
• Excellent French and good knowledge of German and English
• Comfortable with IT tools and hotel software
• Organized, autonomous, dynamic personality close to the field
• Sense of welcome, spirit of initiative and desire to contribute actively to the development of the establishment
