Introduction

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a trained culinary professional for a quality-oriented gastronomy business in the St. Gallen region. The focus is on fresh cuisine, high-quality products, and meticulous craftsmanship.

Tasks

• You actively participate in daily kitchen production
• You prepare fresh dishes professionally and with quality awareness
• You take responsibility for your work and station area
• You process seasonal and regional products carefully and economically
• You ensure a constantly high quality in the preparation and presentation of dishes
• You consistently adhere to the applicable hygiene and quality standards
• You contribute your own ideas and support the further development of the culinary offering
• You work closely with your female and male colleagues in the kitchen

Profile

• Completed vocational training as Koch EFZ / Köchin EFZ
• Enjoyment of a qualitatively demanding and fresh cuisine
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Quality awareness and careful handling of food
• Willingness to take on responsibility and to develop professionally
• Enjoyment of working with younger female and male colleagues
• Openness to new ideas and the motivation to actively contribute to daily kitchen life
• Team-oriented and balanced personality
