"Startklar Gastronomie" is the assessment, support, and integration offering of VEBO Gastro for participants of integration and support measures as well as employees with an IV pension. In a protected and at the same time productive working environment, you will have the opportunity to practically test your skills, interests, and resilience in the expanded professional field of gastronomy.

The focus is on trying things out, orienting oneself, and gathering experience. Together, we will find out which tasks suit your strengths and interests. Throughout the entire assignment, you will be individually accompanied and supported.

• At the beginning, a joint assessment of your current status takes place
• Together, we define your goals and plan your individual development steps
• Your support is oriented towards your personal resources and is carried out according to the principles of work-agogic process design
• Your development is designed to be visible, traceable, and practical
• The focus is on working with food
• You will gain insights into the various fields of activity of VEBO Gastro
• You will get to know real work processes – from simple activities to more advanced assignments in our various businesses
• You will gain insights into guest services, production, food sales, food logistics, and packaging
• Together, a realistic assessment of your resources, development opportunities, and possible areas of application is created
