The Tertianum Residenz Huob, in the center of Pfäffikon SZ, consists of 67 modern apartments with in-house Spitex service and a rehabilitation, care, and dementia living area with 21 single rooms, internal restaurant and public restaurant ROSSOROSSO, physiotherapy, fitness, therapy pool, hairdresser salon, podiatry, and cosmetic studio.

Deputy Head of Housekeeping 100%

Your tasks

• Supporting the Head of Housekeeping in the leadership and organization of the housekeeping team as well as their deputy in case of absence
• Organization and coordination of daily workflows as well as support in the deployment planning of employees
• A responsible and versatile function with personal responsibility and development opportunities
• Responsible for the professional cleaning of all assigned rooms and facilities
• Ensuring the textile supply with the areas of operational and professional clothing (ordering, coordinating, and distributing) as well as guest laundry
• Sorting, washing, drying, distributing, and labeling guest laundry
• Carrying out housekeeping work according to instructions
• Professional and compliant handling of materials and equipment
• Compliance with hygiene regulations as well as personal hygiene standards according to the instructions of the operation

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in housekeeping (home, hospital, or hotel)
• Fachfrau/Fachmann Hauswirtschaft EFZ or Hauswirtschaftspraktikerin/ Hauswirtschaftspraktiker EBA
• High willingness to provide service and service readiness with a love for detail
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, and physical resilience
• Joy in interacting with seniors
• Ready for shifts on weekends and public holidays as well as supporting other departments if required
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in versatile activities
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
