Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for:

experienced chef de partie

-cooking degree mandatory + minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
-excellent communicator and very good team spirit
-attention to detail
-love for the profession and curiosity
-organized, flexible and rigorous - permanent position (CDI) at 100% in a bistronomic establishment
-ensure the receipt of goods and stocks
-rotating work on hot and cold stations
-work in a restaurant
-ensure the smooth running of mise en place and service
-cooking of fresh and quality products
-total respect for the standards and requirements of the establishment
-knowledge and respect of HACCP standards
-split shifts from Monday to Friday (closed on weekends).
