For recurring and longer assignments, of up to one year or on call, without Zimmerstunde and our pool we are looking for

Cook (male/female) 60-100%

Tasks

• Preparation and plating of individual dishes as well as entire menus and à la carte
• Responsibility for all stations
• Control and management of stock
• Responsibility for compliance with strict hygiene regulations according to HACCP

Qualifications

• Completed training as Cook EBA/ EFZ
• Sound, well-proven professional experience in the kitchen
• Enjoyment of the profession and of a very lively and versatile workplace
• Motivation to try new things
• Good German skills
• Creative, resilient and flexible
