This Head Chef position is aimed at a professional capable of guaranteeing quality, organization and rigor on a daily basis. He/she will be a key player in team coordination and production. The establishment, which includes two points of sale, values teamwork, collaboration and culinary excellence. He/she manages a team of approximately ten employees in the kitchen with a volume of 200 menus per day. These meals are served on-site in two corporate restaurants located next to each other. The Head Chef plans and implements all production, supervising the production of sandwiches, salad buffets and catering services. As the person responsible for hygiene, quality and maintenance, he/she also manages orders and inventories. The hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm with some exceptional evening interventions.

Desired Profile

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in contract catering AND high-end hospitality, with recognized and structured management. The Head Chef will propose the menus to be produced, manage the team daily and report to the area manager. A global vision of the activity, sense of organization and collective spirit are essential. Autonomy and reliability are indispensable qualities for this position.
