Assistant Spa Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks

• You look after our guests at the spa reception, process inquiries and coordinate reservations and treatments.
• You advise our guests on treatments and spa products and sell them actively and personally.
• You support the Spa Manager in the organization and management of the spa area and take over responsibility in his absence.
• You ensure cleanliness, order and quality and contribute ideas for the further development of the spa offering.

What you bring with you

• Joy in guest care, consultation and sales; very good German and English skills. French is a plus.
• Experience at the reception, ideally in the spa or hotel sector
• You are upbeat, a team player and responsible and work independently and organized.
• Professional experience in the spa, wellness or health sector; ideally you have experience with massages and cosmetic treatments.
