We are looking for the next Receptionist to join our team at l-Hôtel et Ecole Vatel.

Contract type Fixed-term contract 3 months, 100% with possibility of permanent contract of 60% to 100%

OUR MISSION

To provide a unique experience to our clientele through an environment rich in activities and exceptional operational training for our students.

MAIN TASKS

• Taking individual and group reservations
• Preparation of offers and confirmations
• Entering reservations into the PMS
• Check-in and Check-out procedures
• Welcome - providing information to clients
• Cashiering
• Individual and group billing
• Correspondence in French, English and German
• Management of the telephone switchboard
• Practical training of students

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON IF

• Possession of a CFC specialist in hospitality or training deemed equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist
• Knowledge of the Opera Cloud program
• Bilingual French/English, German an asset
