Your tasks:

Responsibility for the care and cleanliness of all rooms and public areas

Execution of daily tasks

Independent and structured working with high quality standards

Stocking and organization of the floor offices

Compliance with the specified safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines

Telephone communication with the reception to coordinate guest requests, e.g., the provision of additional towels or other inquiries

Room cleaning during the late shift is also part of your area of responsibility

Your profile:

Experience in maintenance cleaning, ideally in the hotel industry

Sound knowledge of cleaning standards and procedures in the hotel industry

Careful, thorough, and efficient way of working for first-class results

Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

Strong communication skills for effective cooperation with guests and team members – very good German skills

Flexibility regarding working hours, including weekend shifts and holiday duties

Business-oriented thinking

Foreign applicants require a valid settlement permit C or permit B with employment authorization
