The Simmentaler Brewhouse is more than a bar or a restaurant – it is a lively meeting point for everyone who loves good beer, honest cuisine and real hospitality. As part of Simmentaler Bier, we stand for quality, regionality and the craft of brewing – fresh, authentic and with a lot of passion.

In our Brewhouse in Bern, the beer is not just poured, but brewed directly on site. Here, a young, energetic team pulses, which burns for the world of brewing – from beer to coffee – and together brings the bar to life.

Our new Simmentaler Brewhouse at der Lenk combines traditional brewing art with modern cuisine in a unique setting. On our large terrace, tourists and locals meet – for coffee in the morning, for lunch or for a well-deserved after-work beer. Summer as well as winter.
