Tasks:

• providing service in the kitchen, predominantly of a Mediterranean type
• preparing and assisting in the mise en place for meals
• carrying out the necessary orders for the kitchen
• taking care of the cleaning tasks within their competence

Requirements:

• with an AFC diploma as a Cook
• minimum 3 years of experience in the sector
• autonomy, excellent organizational skills and good self-control in stressful situations during service
• knowledge and application of hygiene standards for food processing and preservation
• availability to work in shifts, on Sundays and holidays
