Your missions * Welcoming passengers; * Providing information to passengers; * Sale and change of tickets; * Collection of excess baggage fees; * << Re-routing >> of passengers in case of cancellation or delay; * Sale of various services (visas, VIP services...). Your profile * Professional experience in a field involving customer contact; * Experience in ticketing required in a travel agency, airport etc (a Iata training without professional experience is not sufficient); * French native language or excellent command; * Fluent English; * Mastery of IT tools (a good level of Amadeus is required); * Flexibility; * Team spirit; * Punctuality; * Good presentation; * Spirit of initiative; * Good resistance to stress; * Sense of communication; * Clean criminal record.
