What you accomplish ###

• Kitchen and take away production
• Management of fresh and frozen orders
• Management of losses and waste
• Support his direct chef for the development of the menu and the dishes offered
• Application of HACCP standards
• Ensure irreproachable quality of all goods delivered to customers

What you bring ###

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (AFP)
• Specialization: cook or equivalent
• Professional experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in catering
• Demonstrate good team spirit
• Ability to anticipate and manage events positively
• Demonstrate creativity and solution-oriented mindset
• Good stress management
• French (B2)
