• For more than eight years, we have had the pleasure of managing the Schäferstube (14 Gault Millau points) and delighting our guests with great passion.

At the edge of the Saas-Fee forest, SKI IN SKI OUT from the Stafelwald slope, the Schäferstube with its unique sunny terrace is absolutely worth a visit.

As young hosts of the region, we energize the gastronomy of Saas-Fee. We have both held management positions in high-end gastronomic/hotel establishments and acquired extensive expertise there.

Honest craftsmanship mixed with creativity, precision, and a lot of love for local and quality products characterizes us.
