The Real Estate and Operations Directorate shapes the hospital infrastructure of the future and is responsible for operational services surrounding the hospital. The hospitality sector provides gastronomic services for the Insel Gruppe 365 days a year. The Spital und Altersheim Belp is a modern, medium-sized facility with around 120 beds and a versatile infrastructure. With us, you are right in the middle of it all and, together with the team, ensure that our guests feel completely comfortable.

What awaits you ##

• You arrange our food freshly and appetisingly and advise our guests in a friendly and competent manner
• You advise and serve the residents of the nursing home with a smile
• You present our sales range in an appealing and hygienic way and ensure correct declaration
• You operate the cash register safely and complete the settlements reliably
• At events and caterings, you actively lend a hand and contribute to successful guest moments
• Order and cleanliness are a matter of course for you - you work energetically during tidying and cleaning tasks
• You enjoy working in a team and help out where your support is currently needed

What you bring with you ##

• You enjoy direct contact with our guests and inspire with your warm and attentive service
• Ideally, you already have experience in communal catering - if not, we are happy to train you carefully
• With your open, friendly manner, you ensure a pleasant atmosphere and that our guests feel comfortable
• You speak German well and understand Swiss German
• You are flexible and ready to work in different shifts. Regular shifts on the weekend or those with split shifts are also no problem for you
