Pastry Chef-Confectioner

The employer is looking for a:

Pastry Chef (reported profession)

Tasks:

• production and preparation of all à la carte desserts, making of ice cream, pralines, cakes, sweet and savory pastry products.

Requirements:

• AFC diploma or equivalent training
• proven experience of at least 3 years in 5-star hotels
• excellent teamwork skills
• dynamic person
• spirit of initiative and enthusiasm in offering our demanding clientele an accurate and personalized service
• availability for shift work as agreed, Sunday and holiday work
• excellent knowledge of the Italian language

Employment details:

• workplace in Lugano, Castagnola
• degree of employment at 100%
• employment from November 2026 or for an agreed date
• working days and hours to be agreed upon based on needs
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering sector
