Service Specialist (d/w/m) 100% (weekends & holidays off) starting January 11, 2027

The Restaurant The Towers in Steinhausen (ZG) combines excellent culinary arts and exquisite wines with a stylish ambiance. Whether in the restaurant, in our cigar lounge, on the summer terrace or in our cozy fondue room during the winter months – our guests enjoy warm service and special moments of enjoyment at all times.

Your profile:

• Completed training as a restaurant specialist or already several years of experience in refined a la carte service
• You speak German and English
• You enjoy selling and advising on fine dishes & drinks
• You have very good knowledge (food, drinks, wine)
• You are empathetic in dealing with guests

Scope of tasks:

• Guest care from greeting to farewell
• Independent management of a service station including payment collection
• Refined service and professional advice and sale of food, wine & drinks
• Active personal sales promotion
• General preparatory work (mise-en-place) in the service area
