What you bring with you

• A completed vocational apprenticeship as a baker, pastry chef, or confectioner - or you are eager to bring your professional experience in the mentioned areas to us
• Experience or training as a work pedagogue (Arbeitsagog:in) is an advantage
• Joy in dealing with people - ideally you already have experience with people requiring support or you want to develop yourself curiously and openly in this area
• Patience, team spirit, and a smile in your luggage - it's more fun together
• Good PC skills, so that you also keep an overview digitally

What you can achieve

• You accompany, support, and promote employees individually - with heart, patience, and joy
• Your focus is on baking our in-house products and on the development of this area. Together with the people you accompany, you produce baked goods as well as fresh sandwiches, Birchermüesli, desserts etc. and support them expertly in everyday work
• When the service or production management is not there, you are happy to take over the deputy role (start of work at o'clock)
• Of course, you also pitch in in daily production and in sales - teamwork counts
• In addition, you support other team leaders with administrative tasks - e.g., when creating weekly schedules or when developing new work processes

Special feature

Fixed working day: Friday from - o'clock. The other days can be flexibly agreed upon
