To achieve the best possible rehabilitation, work is carried out in interdisciplinary teams, where the expertise and experience of each individual contributes to success. The Park-Hotel am Rhein is a versatile spa, holiday and business hotel with 35 hotel rooms and 3 restaurants. We pamper patients from our private clinic Salina, guests from our hotel wing, as well as our residents of the private residences. In our à la carte restaurants „Bellerive“ and „Park-Café“, we offer a great selection of various dishes, in-house patisserie and a large wine selection for every taste.
Your role
For our house, we are looking for an engaged and experienced Head of Housekeeping who will lead and develop our housekeeping team with heart, clarity and a sense of responsibility.
What awaits you
Professional and personnel leadership of the housekeeping team
Organization, deployment planning and coordination of the cleaning and laundry supply areas
Ensuring high service and hygiene quality as well as compliance with safety regulations according to applicable standards
Carrying out quality controls and implementing improvement measures
Material management of articles for housekeeping
Responsibility for budget, personnel deployment planning as well as hygiene and quality standards
Close cooperation with nursing, reception, technical services and logistics
What you bring
Completed training as a specialist in housekeeping or equivalent training
Several years of leadership and professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in the healthcare sector
Vocational trainer course as well as experience in supporting apprentices
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
Solution-oriented and independent way of working
High service orientation, social competence and enjoyment in dealing with people
Proficient German in spoken and written form
