Your mission :

• You guarantee the welcome of visitors and partners
• You manage the telephone switchboard
• You perform various administrative tasks
• You organize internal events
• You participate in company visits

Your Profile :

• You possess a CFC as a Commercial Employee or a diploma from a Hotel School
• You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• French native speaker, you have very good skills in German
• You master the usual IT tools
• You have a sense of welcome and excellent interpersonal skills
• You are smiling, organized and neat
