Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept from Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG, was created in 2006 and has since earned a permanent place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The establishment in the Metalli shopping center in Zug invites you to enjoy delicious sushi on-site in a relaxed atmosphere with a terrace. Furthermore, the team also takes care of incoming take-away and delivery orders. With around 200 seats, Negishi offers sufficient space for numerous visitors.

Dishwasher (m/f/d) 80%

Your versatile activities:

• Cleaning the kitchen and washing the dishes 🧽
• Support with production tasks in the kitchen 🍳
• Compliance with all hygiene guidelines and quality standards ✅
• Maintaining order in storage areas and the kitchen 🗄️
• Support in the preparation of the Mise en Place for lunch and dinner service 🍴

Your talents & experiences:

• Several years of experience in the kitchen 👨🍳
• Good German language skills in speaking 🗣️
• You work cleanly and precisely ✨
• A hands-on mentality is one of your strengths 🛠️
• Helpfulness and team spirit characterize you 🤝
