Commis de Cuisine (m/f) for the winter season 26_27

We are looking for a Commis de cuisine (80-100%) for the winter season at Hotel Alpina Parpan, starting winter 2026/27

Tasks:

• independent working is no problem for you
• preparation of the mise en place
• support with cooking
• cleaning the kitchen and adhering to hygiene standards

Requirements:

• experience in similar positions is an advantage, but not a requirement
• reliability and ability to work in a team
• resilience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Working conditions:

• The position is temporary for the winter season 2026/27, from December 2026 to March 2027. Depending on the situation, a summer season would also be possible.
• Accommodation and meals can be provided upon arrangement.
