Profile * This apprenticeship is made for you if: * You have completed secondary school * You have basic knowledge of German (spoken and written) * You like practical and manual work * You enjoy working in a team and having customer contact * You are reliable, punctual and willing to learn * You like to follow clear specifications and processes * You are resistant to stress and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment * Order, cleanliness and hygiene are among your priorities Your future profession As a System Gastronomy EFZ apprentice, you will receive comprehensive and varied training that combines practical experience with in-depth theoretical knowledge. Among other things, you will learn: * Preparation of products and serving customers according to high quality standards * Organizing work and working effectively in a team * Understanding and applying restaurant work processes * Quality assurance, hygiene and safety * Taking on more responsibility step by step in various positions As your training progresses, you will also be introduced to: * Work planning and team organization * Cost control and resource management * The basics of marketing and customer satisfaction * Principles of personnel management Your training The EFZ training lasts 3 years and includes: * Practical training directly in the restaurant * Courses at the vocational school to deepen theoretical knowledge * Inter-company courses to link theory and practice Your Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) is a solid foundation for your professional future at McDonald's or in gastronomy.
