Your tasks

• Operational management of service, bar, and terrace operations
• Personnel management and shift planning in the service area
• Guest relations, complaint management, and quality assurance in the front-of-house
• Responsibility for beverage procurement, bar menu, and wine assortment
• Revenue and cost control for service/bar
• Planning and execution of events and seasonal promotions
• Compliance with legal regulations (hygiene, occupational safety, L-GAV)
• Close cooperation with the Chef de Cuisine

Your profile

• Completed training as a Restaurant Specialist EFZ or comparable; further training in business management is an advantage
• Several years of experience in a leadership position in the service area
• Strong hospitality orientation and stylish appearance
• Sound knowledge of beverages, wine, and craft beer
• Resilient, flexible, and ready for irregular working hours
• Stylish German; English, French, and other language skills are an advantage
