As a Chef de Partie, you bring experience and passion to the kitchen team, manage your tasks independently, and ensure the highest quality. Together with the team, you inspire our guests daily and contribute to the success of our kitchen.

Your tasks with us:

• Station responsibility & culinary: You take on the independent management of your assigned area (warm or cold kitchen) and produce high-quality cold and warm dishes for our caterings, events, and outlets.
• Creativity & standardization: You contribute your own ideas when planning new dishes and help to cleanly standardize recipes and processes.
• Quality & goods control: You carry out the incoming goods inspection and ensure that HACCP hygiene guidelines are implemented exemplarily at your station.
• Smooth processes: You ensure exact, expeditious, and timely work in your department - even during large event rushes.
• Doer & team leadership: You actively support management in the instruction and leadership of our kitchen team and help to clearly integrate the variable teams during large-scale events.
• Event action: During special occasions and catering highlights on-site, you pitch in actively and implement your culinary fine-tuning directly at the event front.

Requirements

• Sound training: Completed vocational training as Koch / Köchin EFZ.
• Professional experience: At least 3 years of professional experience as a cook; initial experience in the field of event catering or banquet is a strong plus.
• Commitment & a cool head: You maintain an overview even in hectic moments, working exactly, cleanly, and solution-oriented.
• Doer mentality & team spirit: You are a communicative personality, like to pitch in, and enjoy taking responsibility at your station.
• Language competence: Confident German skills in speaking and writing for smooth communication in the kitchen team.
