Job description – Pizzaiolo / Pizzaiola (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Preparation of pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards
• Preparation and processing of the pizza dough as well as all ingredients
• Operation and monitoring of the pizza oven
• Ensuring constantly high quality and appealing presentation
• Organization and preparation of the pizza area during daily operations
• Compliance with hygiene, food, and safety regulations
• Cleaning and maintenance of the workplace as well as the equipment
• Support of the kitchen team as needed
• Efficient cooperation with kitchen and service, especially during peak times

Your profile

• Experience as a Pizzaiolo/Pizzaiola is an advantage
• Passion for Italian cuisine and especially for pizza
• Independent, reliable, and clean way of working
• Resilience and enjoyment of working in a lively environment
• Teamwork skills and good manners
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• German language skills are an advantage
