Your tasks

• Competent guest care, managing your own station
• Support for the service management and its deputy
• Co-responsibility for the smooth running of daily operations
• Co-responsibility for daily accounts, inventories and orders
• Collaboration at banquets and receptions (birthdays, weddings, business events)
• Collaboration at seminars and conferences (coffee break, lunch and dinner)
• Implementation of seasonal events (Christmas, 1. August, Easter)
• Host and contact person for guests in his station
• Control of the bar in relation to ambiance, cleanliness and order
• Very good knowledge of the F&B and wine offering
• Constant compliance with quality standards through high initiative
• Execution of cleaning and maintenance work
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines

Your profile

• Completed training and experience in a comparable position
• Good knowledge in the area of wine and spirits
• Positive and conscientious personality with the will to try new ways
• Quality and responsibility awareness
• Creativity and joy in the profession
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing.
• French skills or further languages are an advantage
• High initiative, independence and flexibility
• Enthusiasm and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and resilience
