Your tasks

• Support for the Team Lead Hospitality in the daily leadership and organization of the ward service and cleaning areas
• Deputizing for the Team Lead during their absence
• Active participation in the ward service and cleaning areas
• Ensuring service quality as well as compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Support and guidance of employees in everyday work
• Control of work processes and ensuring smooth operations
• Flexible deployment in different shifts as well as readiness for weekend services
• Close cooperation with nursing and other professional groups

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the field of hospitality-housekeeping (mandatory)
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the hospital or clinic sector
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility
• Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and independent way of working
• High service orientation and joy in interacting with patients
• Flexibility and readiness for different working hours as well as weekend services
• Empathy, high resilience, teamwork skills, and good communication skills
• Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards
