Intendant CFC / Cook CFC

Location: Bulle (Fribourg)
Activity rate and contract: 80% over 5 days, hourly contract with potential for a fixed contract
Start: As soon as you are ready to embark on the adventure

Your mission, if you accept it:

Become the meal superhero by offering quality service and creating convivial moments for children, families, and the team!

• Meal management: reception and control of delivered meals, preparation of healthy breakfasts and snacks. Service adapted to specific needs (allergies, dietary requirements, textures).
• Stock management and orders: stock monitoring, placing orders, and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Maintenance of spaces and laundry: ensuring the cleanliness and warm welcome of meal areas and the management of the nursery laundry.
• Creativity and events: preparing delicious and pleasing buffets/meals for the 3-4 annual events (family festivals, training days, etc.) and one meal per week for everyone.

What we are looking for:

• CFC intendant or CFC cuisinier or equivalent
• Experience in catering/housekeeping, mastery of HACCP standards and food hygiene rules.
• Knowledge and respect of dietary requirements and allergies.
