Your mission:

• Reception and storage of goods;
• Disinfection of fruits & vegetables;
• Fish cutting;
• Preparation of rice, soups, salads, makis, sushis and others;
• Preparation & fulfillment of orders taking delivery times into account;
• Maintaining traceability
• Compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Stock monitoring, inventories and orders

Profiles sought:
Motivated / Serious / Commis experience / Swiss or foreign nationality with a valid residence permit or European passport

• Respect of hygiene rules (HACCP)
• Follow up of stock, inventories and orders
